He said Wake Opportunities would begin the program <br /> on the next day, as scheduled; the regional office of the US Department of Health <br /> and Human Affairs in Atlanta, he added, had said that Wake Opportunities may operaite <br /> the program beyond the December 31, 1982, date given previously in order to facilitate <br /> smooth transition of the program and provide for careful screening of the sponsors' <br /> i ' <br /> program submissions. The Manager said the Regional Office would welcome an endorseL <br /> ment of programs submitted by prospective sponsors by the Board of Commissioners, <br /> There was a consensus that a list of proposals submitted (with copies of ttu ' <br /> proposals) was crucial to the Board's decision for endorsement of a particular <br /> sponsor.
