Authorization. The Board may authorize any officer, agent, <br /> or employee to enter into contract with or execute and deliver an <br /> instrument, including such notes or bonds in the name of or on behalf <br /> of the corporation and such authority may be general or confined to <br /> specific instances. All checks, drafts or other orders for payment or <br /> notes or other evidences of indebtedness issued in the name of the <br /> corporation shall be signed by such officer or agent and in such manner <br /> as shall be authorized by resolution of the Board. <br /> Section 2. Funds. All funds of the corporation shall be deposited to the <br /> credit of the corporation in such banks or other depositories <br /> designated by the Board of Directors or other officer or agents so <br /> designated nd authorized by the Board of Directors. <br /> Section 3. Gifts.
