The <br /> Treasurer shall endorse on behalf of the corporation, all notes, checks, <br /> and other obligations, shall assure deposit of funds to credit of the <br /> corporatiod, shall designate a depository for�the ecorpo anion^shall�,C �� <br /> supervise books of proper account, records and financial transactions <br /> of the corporation, and make financial reports to the Board of Directors, <br /> in a manner and at such times as prescribed by the Board. <br /> Section 7. Secretary. The Secretary shall have custody of the records <br /> and minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors, the corporate seal, <br /> and other records and material of the corporation as prescribed by the <br /> Board of Directors. The Secretary shall attest to all transactions as <br /> may be required by law or these bylaws, and shall generally perform all <br /> duties traditionally assigned to the office. <br /> Section 8. Executive Director. The Executive Director, who shall be <br /> appointed bx the Board of Directors and who shall serve as a member of <br /> the Board of Directors, shall be the administrative officer of the <br /> (5) <br />
