Management, you may proceed with drilling operations. <br /> Upon completion of the-.we.:11construction, a twenty-four (24) hour capacity -- <br /> test must be conducted,irracCordance with requirements of the North Carolina <br /> Well Construction Regulations and Standards. Copies of the well comAetion <br /> record, water analysis, pumping test, and three copies of documents and <br /> exhibits as outlined in the enclosed Guide for Obtaining Approval of Public <br /> Water Supply S./stems must be submitted to the Engineering Planning Drench, <br /> Division of h Jth Services in Raleigh.
