This system will be <br /> approved standards' <br /> ELECTRICITY All utilities are <br /> planned to be sub-terranial as much as possible. <br /> These include electrical , telephone and Cable television, All power supplies will <br /> enter from th e back of the lots. All disconnect boxes, meter bases end other hard- <br /> ware <br /> will be kept as low as possible. <br /> ROADS - The road will be in a large circular' configuration. This offers some natural <br /> control .road edges,lhe road will be 25' wide.
