The property is located in Eno Township on <br /> SR 1713 (Mount Hermon Church Road) . The property lies north of the <br /> Southern Railroad, east of an undeveloped wooded tract and south of <br /> Mobile Acres II mobile hone park. Building separation will be <br /> 35' minimum from the raod, 20' minimum when mobile homes are end <br /> to end and 40' when mobile homes are parallel. There are central <br /> sewage disposal and water systems proposed for the developmnt. <br /> Two recreation areas are shown on the plan, each connected to the <br /> _ street system by pedestrian walks. Private roads are proposed to - <br /> service the units in the development. The property is in the Eno <br /> Rural Fire District. <br /> 1MT: Cm: The request for 114 units on 36.5 acres of land <br /> would most the minimum requirements of the Zoning Ordinance if the <br /> property is rezoned to PD7H, R-4.Floor area is below the maximum <br /> allowed.
