404 <br /> ATTACHMENT <br /> 7�'7 <br /> 0-K-A-,�` ' ° ^ <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING� <br /> It is jointly agreed that in the provision of staff support by the <br /> County Manager's Office to a Commiosion, the following conditions will be <br /> met: <br /> 1. A commission will determine its objectives for the upcoming year <br /> 2� Each objective will be translated into a work plan which specifies <br /> individual tasks, timing for task completion and who will be <br /> responsible for each task; <br /> 3. The Commission Chair and County Manager will jointly agree on any <br /> of the tasks reflected in the work plan requiring staff support; <br /> 4. Attendance at Commission meetings by staff will be outlined as well <br /> as the role of the staff person at the meetings; <br /> 5. Recognizing that things will arise during the course of a yzvr <br /> that are not anticipated at the start, any staff needs resulting <br /> from those changes are to he jointly agreed upon through periodic <br /> meetings between the County Manager and the Commission Chair, <br /> Kenneth R.
