This <br /> consortium is known as the Orange County Child Passenger Safety Assoiat;:r1 . <br /> Need: It is estimated that up to 1,500 of the 3,994 children of four and below <br /> years of age (1980 Census) will be unrestained when automobile passengers <br /> without a rental program. Such restains reduce the probability of death <br /> by 90X and of serious injury by 73 . <br /> ImPact: This agreement with the State will result in up to 260 additional infant <br /> restraint seats being added to the program, thereby protecting that many <br /> more children. <br /> Rocc77:7n:ThtiOn(s) : A.
