It has been determined that the former <br /> would be less costly and still provide the necessary support for the concrete <br /> floor. Huwever, since dirt removal other than for footings was not covered <br /> by the contract, a modification in the form of a change order is needed <br /> before the work can proceed. <br /> -_- <br /> INTACT: Cost will be $5,700.00 as outlined in the Contractor's amended July 30, <br /> 1982 letter.
