;34 to <br /> , ' <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, an application by the Board of Commissioners for Orange <br /> County, North Carolina for a State grant under the Clean Water Bond Act <br /> of 1977 for-waste watj collection system has been approved and an offer- <br /> of funds has been made by the State, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Orange <br /> County, North Carolina accepts this offer and will substantially comply <br /> with all Federal , State and local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances <br /> applicable to the proposed project, and specifically those assurances <br /> contained in Part A, Section II (Items A-M) of the Grant Offer dated <br /> June 28, 1982, <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North <br /> Carolina will arrange financing for its share of costs of the project; and <br /> That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North <br /> Carolina will designate Kenneth K.
