Adequate accounting and fiscal records have been or will be maintained during the construction of the project and these records will be retained and made available for a period of at least two (2) years following completion of the project. U. All funds granted pursuant to the Clean Water Bond Act of 1971 shall be expended solely for carrying out the approved project. . _.I.
