He stated thr7t, <br /> the 4.01 acre tract was located off Orange Grove Road <br /> and adjacent to Cates Farm Apartments and 1-85. <br /> Mr. Ronald Wagoner spoke against the rezoning stating <br /> that the area was not zoned when development starteq. <br /> He also stated storm water runoff on the site causer.. <br /> flooding in the Exchange Club Park and there was a <br /> problem with water pressure on the water lines. <br /> Motion; Irvin moved denial based on the information submitted <br /> at the public hearing including traffic congestion, <br /> pavement problems, and water problems.
