Cannity <br /> Rezoning-Analysis of Comformanco <br /> with the Land Use Plan Phone NuMber: 732-8131 EXT. 347 <br /> PURPOSE: At the July 6, 1982 meeting the Board of County Commissioners <br /> directed the Planning Staff to prepare an anlysis of the con- <br /> formance of the Paul lempa rezoning with the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan for consideration at the August 2, 1932 meeting. <br /> NEED: To provide additional information for the Board's consideration <br /> of the Paul rempa rezoning request. The applicant has requested <br /> a Neichborhood-Comsr.ercial-II designation for 2.3 acres located <br /> at the northwest intersection of US. 70 and SR 1562 (Palmer <br /> Grove Road) in Eno Township. The intersection of US 70 an& <br /> Palmers Grove Road is designated as a Rural Neighborhood acti. <br /> node in the' Land Use Plan (Law's Store-Eno 1) . <br /> IMPACT: The Planning Staff believes that a commercial use at the Proposed <br /> location is in conformance with the Land Use Plan and have recommen- <br /> ded the approval of the proposed rezoning.
