Terry - minor. <br /> Kirk gave a description of the proposed subdivision. <br /> The property is located in Chapel Hill Township off <br /> S.R. 1129 (Davis Road) . There is one lot (3.001 acres) <br /> proposed out of 17.6 acres. The road proposed is to <br /> be a Class C private road with a 30 foot partial width <br /> right of way for approximately 820 feet from the State <br /> road to the lot. This lot is designated Agriculturai- <br /> Residential in the Land Use Plan and is in the Orange <br /> Grove Rural fire district. The owners could not obtain <br /> the required 60 foot right-of-way. Planning Staff <br /> recommends approval. <br /> Motion: Irvin moved approval of 30 foot partial width right- <br /> of-way.
