The road is public and <br /> is being constructed to N.C. Department of Transpor- <br /> tation standards. The lot sizes meet the minimum <br /> standards of the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision <br /> Regulations. This tract is designated Agricqltural,.., <br /> Residential in the Land Use Plan and is in the Little <br /> River fire district. The Planning Staff recommends <br /> approval. <br /> Motion: Lunsford moved approval.
