NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS the Land Records Manager did in June, 1982, make application <br /> with the 5. a e Land Records Management Program for matching grant funds in <br /> the amount o $10,950.00; and <br /> � ~ <br /> WHEREAS Orange County is in the process of devising a fee system <br /> for land rec rd inquiries within the Office of Data Processing which would <br /> be sufficient to match the State grant monies; and <br /> WHEREAS it is now the desire of the Orange County Board of Commis- <br /> sioners to support and confirm the Land Records Management Program within <br /> its own counthe and to commend the efforts of the State Land Records Manage- <br /> ment Program. <br /> NOW, TH REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orange County Board of Commis- <br /> ._ 's-ioOers meetihB in duly scheduled session on Tuesday, August 2, 1082, does = ~. <br /> adopt said Resolution, and requests that a copy of same be forwarded to the <br /> State Land Records Management Program in Raleigh, N.
