Study is underway as to hwo this can be accomplished' <br /> There are several advantages; chief among these is avoiding back-up of <br /> persons wanting to use the terminals in the Register of Deeds Office/ <br /> When the PIN numbers become the official index, inquiries will solely <br /> be by means of the terminals. <br /> While there are details yet to be worked out regarding access and fees <br /> for service it is necessary now to register an interest in State matching <br /> funds available for the computer equipment. Acceptance of the grant funds <br /> would be contingent upon the access and fees for service issues being <br /> satisfactorily worked out. <br /> IMPACT, Charges would be assessed to the users to recoup the matching funds <br /> required ($19,960). <br /> ^ <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve Ittached resolution. <br />
