Fino oial Records and Reporting, Rape Crisis agrees to furnish <br /> the Center Finance Officer with quarterly financial statements, on or before <br /> the 5th hodn ss day following the close of each calendar quarter during <br /> I <br /> the term of this agreement. The financial report will include as a minimum <br /> a balance sheet (assets, liabilities, and equity) and a statement of income <br /> | <br /> (revenues and expenditures). Rape Crisis will submit other financial reports <br /> as directed by either or both the Center Finance Officer and the Orange <br /> County Finanee Officer. In addition to supplying such statements, Rape <br /> Crisis agreeslto allow both the Center Finance Officer and the Orange <br /> County Finance Officer or his designate its books upon reasonable notice <br /> during normal normallworking hours.
