' ' � �. ��� , <br /> �_ s�, � `, , `� r - ����' � ' <br /> ~ . <br /> , . <br /> ^ <br /> _-_~-_ <br /> AGREEMENT NORTH ��LlNA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into effective the first day of <br /> July, 1982 by and between the ORANGE-PERSON-CHATHAM MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, <br /> hereinafter lled "Center" and the RAPE CRISIS CENTER, hereinafter called <br /> "Rape Crisis." This agreement shall be administered on behalf of Orange <br /> County by th Center pursuant to the direction of the Orange County Board <br /> of Cnmmissioders, <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS, Rape Crisis provides free, confidential counseling, infor- <br /> mation and education to women regarding rape and its prevention; and <br /> WHEREAS, Rape Crisis provides assistance to the rape victim; and <br /> __ WHEREAS, Orange County has determined that it is in the best interests <br /> of citizens of Orange County that said program be partially supported by <br /> Orange County and thereby be accessible to the residents of the county. <br /> | <br /> ' NOW THERFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid and the mutual cove- <br /> . . <br /> nants and conditions s hereafter set forth, Center and Rape Crisis agree <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. County Suppnrt, Orange County will expend from its appropriation <br /> for the suppo t of Rape Crisis the sum of ten thousand five hundred dollars <br /> ($10,600) for tho period of July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983' <br /> 2, Payment and Documentation.
