Thus, <br /> in some cases an extra bed or beds in one room will not <br /> be used. <br /> 6. Termination for Cause. In the event that the Coalition shall <br /> cease or reduce significantly below the objectives set out above, of its <br /> Orange County operations during the term of this agreement, or in the <br /> event that the Coalition shall fail to render a satisfactory accounting <br /> as provided herein, then and in that event and upon recommendations to <br /> that effect from the Center staff and with approval by Center Area Board, <br /> � . <br /> the County Commissioners may terminate this agreement and the Coalition <br /> i <br /> will return all payments made to it for services which have not been pro- <br /> vided or for which no satisfactory accounting has been rendered. <br /> .
