The Coalition will submit other <br /> financial repOrts as directed by either or both the Center Finance Officer <br /> and the ",wm County Finance Officer. In addition to supplying such state- <br /> r <br /> menty, the Coalition agrees to allow both the Center Finance Officer and <br /> the Orange County Finance Officer or his designate its books upon reasonable <br /> � <br /> notice during normal working hours. The financial reports will be prepared <br /> in the format so designated by the Center Finance Vfficer, <br /> 4. Prohibition Against Discrimination, The Coalition agrees to abide <br /> by al) restrilctions on the use of public funds, including the prohibition <br /> against discilimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, <br /> handicapped atun, or age; and the requirement to pay all employees doing <br /> similar work 1bt the same wage selts, <br /> 5. ves. The Coalition agrees to continue its service to <br /> residents of Orange County and to maintain the level of professional ser- <br /> vices to as full an extent as possible considering program and financial <br /> limitation. <br /> SPECIFIC: OBJECTIVES THAT SHALL BE REPORTED UPON ARE: <br /> The Coallition agrees to the following objectives: <br /> 1. To Provide advocacy services to 200 clients; <br /> 2. To provide shelter for 115 clients; <br /> . <br />
