<br /> ii Health/Mentai Retardation/Substance Abuse Services of the renovation
<br /> of the old CTfeteria Building, we will need to provide numerous
<br /> assurances among which is a written statement by the owner, "... that
<br /> the facility will be used for the purposes for which it was constructed
<br /> for not less than 20 years after the completion of the construction."
<br /> Since the county holds the title for the Cafeteria Building and
<br /> .- - grounds, I wruid greatly appreciate your providing me with such
<br /> 1
<br /> written assurances,for it is my understanding that the construction
<br /> funds will nOt be released until this is provided
