Thompson <br /> Phone Number: -: : - . s <br /> . .. <br /> • <br /> PURPOSE: To consider assuring long term use of the building for mental health <br /> purposes once ft is renovated. <br /> NEED: The County holds title to the building and grounds. State funds have <br /> been Offered to cover all of the costs to prepare the building to <br /> houselmental health programs. A condition posed by the State is that <br /> the COunty assure "that the facility will be used for the purposes for <br /> which it was constructed for not less than 20 years after the completion <br /> of construction." Construction funds will not be released until this <br /> is done. <br /> Plans and specifications are in the process of being developed to meet <br /> Mental Health' s needs. <br /> IMPACT: No county funds would be affected. <br />
