If the County elects not to install the concrete abutments,
Security Building Company will make an effort to protect the structure
including the installation of temporary bracing or fill material against
the building. But, Security Building Company can not assume the responsibility
for any damage that is not due to negligence of Security Building Company
or our subcontractors.
Please note that all work on this project has been stopped since
July 16, 1982. There are some fixed costs such as general conditions
(supervision, etc) which are incurred even when no productive work is under-
: way. As soon as a change order is approved, work will get undcrway. We
trust that a decision can be made promptly to prevent any additional delay
and cost to this project.
