Upon motion it wai <br /> ordered that the Articles be accepted and that after the cer-ified cop, <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds of Orange County, North Carolina, 1 <br /> it be inserted into the minute book of the corporation. <br /> The acting Chairperson, then suggested that the Board of Dirk <br /> adopt r <br /> ormed By-Laws of the corporation in order to govern the affairs 21) <br /> the co orlation.
