Five of tAe 10 lots were recorded by plat <br /> or deed pFior to the adoption of Subdivision regulations <br /> fob Cheeks Township in March 1978. There are presently 9 <br /> exlsting structures on this property. The Friends Communit, <br /> W would like to be able to record- a plat showing the 10 lots <br /> __- and the access to the lots. <br /> IMPACT: The existing development does not nreet subdivision Standard: <br /> that are in effect today. in fact there are now too many <br /> Lots using t-ie access road for it to qualify for a private <br /> road. The Staff has discussed the alternatives with re- <br /> presentiv+es of the Friends Corununity. The alternatives <br /> as Staff sees them are: 1. Upgrade road to NCDOT <br /> ser�ondary road standards and dedicate it for public use, <br /> ` s divide property according to regulations . 2.
