Upon completion of the first phase <br /> of development all of the approximately 50 planes presently housed at <br /> Horace Williams could move to the new facility. After the first phase <br /> additional planes used directly by the University could be transferred <br /> when the University commits to this location. <br /> 13' The aerial photographic material submitted is according to zoning <br /> ordinance and shows 5 miles from the site and the FAA zones for this <br /> runway. <br /> 14' Runway crossover will be controlled with safety stop-go lights at <br /> crossover points coordinated with landing aircraft and supplemental <br /> shuttle buses as necessary. These will be master controlled by the <br /> fixed base operator. <br /> 15' The Obstacle Free Zone (OFZ) shown on the aerial photograph overlay <br /> and the enclosed plans will be cleared of all trees <br /> prior to completion of the runway.
