The three Temporary Drainage Basins shown on Sheet A-2 shall <br /> be stabilized for pnndh`g areas and water level will be maintained <br /> by mechanical means and access provided for water pickup for fire <br /> fighting purposes. <br /> 5. A 24 hour/day vehicle will be provided for security, fire fighting and <br /> maintenance purpnses. This vehicle will be outfitted with master he <br /> radio system, turnout gear, portable fire extingushers, fire fighd,._, <br /> foam, and airpack. <br /> 6. The access road will be named and a road sign to Orange County <br /> Standards will be erected at the intersection. All signs will be to <br /> DDT standards. . <br /> 7. Airport construction will be started within one year of final approval <br /> and all construction will be completed within two years of its initiation. <br /> Phase one will be complete 90 days after completion of the runway, <br /> Phase two will be started within 6 months after the start of construction <br /> of Phase one. Phase three will be completed as demand dictates. <br /> 8. The runway length is 4000 foot with a 500 foot safety overrun areas <br /> on each end. The 4000 foot runway will accomodate propeller driven plane <br /> up to 12,500 lbs. The overrun areas will support rolling weight of <br /> these aircraft. <br /> 9. Maintenance fees will be charged on all storage units in this complex <br /> to provide project maintenance, security, and emergency services. <br /> 10. Any lighting of the runway or other parts of the airport necessary for <br /> safety or convenience shall not create a nuisance for adjoining <br /> property or for aircraft. <br /> " <br /> 11.
