179 <br /> 7 L. <br /> 7. That the developers provide a 24 hour/day vehicle will be provided for <br /> security, fire fighting and maintenance purposes. This vehicle will <br /> be outfitted with master keys, radio system, turnout gear, portable <br /> fire extingusher, fire fighting foam, and airpack. <br /> 8. That any lighting of the runway or other parts of the airport nec- <br /> essary for safety or convenience shall be of a design and so <br /> located and screened so as not to create a nuisance cn adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> 9. That if an owners association is to be formed and be responsible for <br /> any of the approved public improvements, all such documents and <br /> orgainzational material be approved by the Orange County Attorney. <br /> 10. That the developer build a 20' wide hard surface access road along <br /> the southern property line westward to service the "T" hangars on <br /> the west side of the runway. <br /> 11. That there be no based jet aircraft at the facility and that the <br /> Airport /Facility Director pliblished by the U.S. Dept. of Conrerce <br /> (14.0.S.) shall specify that the project is not intended for jet aircraft. <br /> 12. That the developers own or have control over the height of objects in <br /> an area at each end of the runway which is know as the approach - de- <br /> parture zone. The dimensions of this zone are shown in the diagram <br /> below.
