The Property is located in <br /> Bingham Township and is shown on Naps 23 Lot 10 and rap 26 Lot 5. <br /> This pr000sal takes uo less than half of the area of these two tracts. <br /> The health department has approved an area for the installation of a <br /> septic system. There is one road proposed to serve the airport. It <br /> will be built to NC DDT standards. It is proposed that there be a <br /> maximum of 276 hangared aircraft. This does not include aircraft store- <br /> in the tie down areas. The developers indicate at the remirlm7 level <br /> 'ofzbperation there will be 1.34 - 3.60 Flights per hour by the hPngere,-, <br /> aircraft. The developers state there will be an additional 35. 95-717 <br /> extra major vehicle trips/day generated by this development at the <br /> maximum number of hangered aircraft. A 4000' runway is proposed, the <br /> maxirrum aircraft weight will he 12,500 lbs. The type planes based at <br /> the facility will be propeller driven. <br /> IKPACT: This property is located in an area designated as agricultural-residential <br /> by the Lane. Use Flan. The zoning is A-R1 general aviation airports <br /> are allowed uses, provided a Special Use Permit is granted. The <br /> development will be required to reet all standards setforth in the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> RECOml-TENPAITIONS: Staff recommendations and Findings are contained in the attached <br /> Findings of Fact.
