He said he was "unalterably opposed" <br /> to the rezoning request. <br /> Mr. Rooks: Said that many persons who were opposed to the rezoning <br /> request had been prebsent earlier but had left as the meeting grew longer. <br /> There being no further persons who wished to speak in opposition <br /> or in favor of the rezoning request, Ms. Crawford turned the meeting back <br /> over to Chairman Whitted who declared the Joint Public Hearing of the <br /> Board of Commissioners and Planning Board adjourned. <br /> C.
