This table contains all of the various zoning districts and a listing of different types of land use. There are three categories of uses, permitted uses, non-permitted uses and Special Uses. , • Permitted uses are uses that are allowed in a particular district; non- permitted use are not allowed under any conditions and Special Uses are allow,- ed in a particular district if certain precribed Criteria are met. The ordinance states that before any application for Special Use shall be approved: a) The applicant shall have the burden of establishing, by competent material and substantial evidence, the existence of the facts and conditions which this ordinance requires for approval.
