THERE ARE GROUNDS APLENTY, <br /> UNDER ZONING ORDINANCE 8.2.2 a0 a), b), and c), TO DENY THIS REQUEST, AND THE <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HAS THE LEGAL RIGHT TO DO SO.
