THE PROPOSED MIDWAY AIRPORT PROJECT MUST BE REVIEWED WITH REGARD TO <br /> ITS COMPLIANCE, OR LACK THEREOF, WITH THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE LAND USE PLAN. <br /> IT IS THE RIGHT AND THE OBLIGATION OF THE PLANNING STAFF, THE PLANNING BOARD, AND, <br /> ULTIMATELY, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO WEIGH AND ASSESS THE EVIDENCE <br /> PRESENTED HERE WHICH FALLS OUTSIDE THE DOTTING OF "I'S" AND CROSSING OF "T'S" ON <br /> BUCK MOUNTAIN'S MAPS AND APPLICATION BLANKS.
