The property has <br /> four shop buildings. Coe shop was built in 1962. The second <br /> was built in 1971, and the other two were built, In 1981. <br /> aan zoning went into affect our property was incorrectly <br /> zoned residential. <br /> the Planning Department has recommended a 3COI % 5001 lot be <br /> zoned commercial. it would be difficult if not impossible <br /> for these nine families to continue to earn a living from this- <br /> -business if we are restricted to this small area. 'tie need for <br /> the Pull'93W x364' lot to be zoned ccmmercial. Space is <br /> needed for equipment, gravel, pipe, dirt, etc. <br /> I would also point out that all residents within 500, of this <br /> property moved ;'--. after this business was started. All adjoining <br /> property owners were properly notified )f ',-Ile reauested <br /> correction in the zoning and the date of the public hearimg. <br /> No one appeared to protest the Commemiol Zoning. <br /> Z have already had to pay $210,00 to meet with the Planning <br /> Board and have *vent many hours with Alois Cal-lemyn and the <br /> Planning :epartment to correct the Planning Departzents zoning <br /> error.
