Cartnity explained <br /> that structures had been located on several of the <br /> lots and one would have to be related in order to fit <br /> the original plan. He added that the unusual suet <br /> configuration was chosed in order to give access to <br /> all of the lots. Cannity told the Board that the <br /> County enforces its subdivision regulation's within <br /> the 'I wn, at the Town's request. Shanklin stated that <br /> he didn't want to be involved with approving small <br /> bats and the request should be sent:back to the Town <br /> for further action. polatty told the Board only the <br /> County could approve the subdivisions and that the <br /> reo==dation is for the approval of the road and <br /> its aLigurent. Cannity added that this street aligmmt <br /> and surface treatment was not to be the Tckn's policy <br /> on all subdivisions. Boeri.oke was concerned that the <br /> Towa would not be able to pave the street. <br /> : Shanklin moved that the prelizpinary plat for James <br /> Bennett be approved with the stipulation that the <br /> road neet tninimutt County standards.
