NOTICE <br /> The attached memorandum was prepared .in anticipation of the adoption of <br /> the Appropriations Act by the 1981 General Assembly (1982 Regular Session) this <br /> week. At 4:30 P.M. on Friday, June 18, 1982, the best information was that it <br /> would not be adopted until one day next week. <br /> We have elected to place this in your bands in anticipation of its passage; <br /> and,should your Board wish-/to adopt the resolution before it has knowledge of <br /> the passage of the bill , they should feel free to do so.. However, if the bill <br /> is not enacted, we will advise you so you may take the appropriate action. <br />
