W. <br /> Garrard. <br /> Need: Cyrus Hogue, attorney performing right-of-way acquisition closings, has <br /> informed Community Development that there is no'chain of title into Mr. <br /> Garrard concerning his property needed for Dixie Avenue street improvem9r <br /> Mr. Garrard bought the property on February 17, 1978 from the heirs-o` <br /> Salon Turner by warranty deed. Lonnie Coleman represented Mr. Garrar, <br /> and Dalton Loftin represented the seller.
