• <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br /> terms and agreements hereinafter set forth, the COUNTY and the <br /> ATTORNEYS do contract, each with the other, as follows: <br /> 1. The ATTORNEYS shall perform such services and render <br /> such advise to the COUNTY on such occasions as shall be required. to. <br /> properly and adequately represent the COUNTY in its administration of <br /> the Child Support Enforcement Program. <br /> 2. The ATTORNEYS shall be compensated for all services <br /> rendered in connection with paragraph number I above based on an <br /> hourly rate for services rendered of Forty-Five and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($45.00), such hours and amounts to be furnished to the County Finance <br /> Officer for payment. The COUNTY shall be responsible for all costs <br /> and expenses incurred in the performance of the services rendered the <br /> COUNTY in connection with the Child support Enforcement Program. <br /> All costs and expenses advanced by the ATTORNEYS on behalf of <br /> COUNTY shall be reimbursed to ATTORNEYS. <br /> 3. The ATTORNEYS shall keep an itemized record of work <br /> performed for the COUNTY in connection with the Child Support <br /> Enforcement Program on a case-by-case basis and shall submit its bill <br /> therefor showing a breakdown of those services rendered on a case-by- <br /> case basis. <br /> 4. The ATTORNEYS may, from time to time, be awarded <br /> attorney's fees by the Court for representation of the COUNTY in the <br /> Child Support Enforcement Program.
