•1 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the 1st day Of <br /> July, 1982, by and between COLEMAN, BERNHOLZ, DICKERSON, <br /> BERNHOLZ, GLEDHILL AND HARGRAVE, attorneys at law, Orange <br /> County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as ATTORNEYS, and <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY: <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY has need for legal services not <br /> otherwise provided by the ATTORNEYS or other County agencies, in <br /> connection with matters which arise out of the COUNTY's administration <br /> of the Child Support Enforcement Program, Title IV-D of the Social <br /> Security Act under Article 9, Chapter 110 of the North Carolina General <br /> Statutes Section D0-128 et seq; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the COUNTY to enter into an <br /> agreement of employment with the ATTORNEYS for the performance of <br /> such services that shall be required by the COUNTY from time-to-time <br /> for the Child Support Enforcement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ATTORNEYS have agreed to represent the <br /> COUNTY as is hereinafter provided for a term extending from and after <br /> the date of this agreement to and including June 30, 1983; <br />
