contracted legal services at a rate of $45.00 per hour. We think the modest increase warranted given the history <br /> of the current fee basis. Also, the preliminary budget for the child <br /> _ support program recently presented to the Board_contained an amount. <br /> adequate to cover this increase in our charge.
