""." - • - 4 '-"'" 7 ^ . •• -' <br /> 3? <br /> 0 3 E <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Whitted, Gustaveson, Marshall and Willholt <br /> Noes: none <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Wilihoit and unanimously approved, the Clerk to the <br /> Board was directed to enter into the minutes of the Board the confirmation date, <br /> hour, and minute. <br /> Thereupon, the Clerk to the Board entered the confirmation effective <br /> 7:40 o'clock p.m., the 15th day of June, 1982. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson -, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Willhoi t and unanimously approved the Clerk to the Board <br /> was directed to deliver a copy of the confirmed Assessment Roll to the Orange <br /> County Tax Collector. <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson _, seconded I.iy <br /> Commissioner Willhoit and unanimously approved, the Orange County Tax <br /> Collector was directed to publish once, a Notice, no earlier than 20 days from <br /> . . the date of confirmation as herein set forth, that the Assessment Roll for the <br /> financing by Orange County of the local share of the cost of paving Oak Hill <br /> Road (S.R. 1835), located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, has been confirmed and that assessments may be paid without interest <br /> at any time before the expiration of 30 days from the day that the Notice is <br /> published and that if not paid within that time, all installments thereof shall bear <br /> interest in an amount equal to the interest on past due ad valorem taxes in <br /> Orange County.
