Whitted, and Commissioners Norman <br /> Gustaveson, Shirley E. Marshall and Don Willhoit <br /> Absent: Cninmisqinniar 1.0 at.. <br /> The Chair announced that this was the hour and day fixed by the <br /> Board of Commissioners for the Public Hearing on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll filed with the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners of Orange County <br /> pursuant to the direction of the Orange County Board of Commissioners and <br /> pursuant to the Board's decision to finance the local share of the cost of paving <br /> Oak Hill Road (S.R.1835), in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North <br /> -Carolina. The Chair also announced that the Board of Commissioners would <br /> immediately hear anyone who might wish to be heard on the Preliminary <br /> Assessment Roll. Various persons appeared and were recognized and heard on tt.--; <br /> said Preliminary Assessment Roll. Those recognized and the essence of their <br /> comments were recorded by the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners in the <br /> minutes of the Board. <br /> Thereupon, upon Motion of Commissioner Gustaveson , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Willhoit and carried, the Preliminary Assessment Roll for <br /> the financing by Orrange County of the local share of the cost of paving Oak <br /> Hill Road (S.R. 1835), in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> a <br /> was confirmed in toto <br /> The vote upon confirmation of the assessment made against each <br /> property owner was: <br />
