The total <br /> amount assessed is$111,258.08 which represents the total local share of the cost <br /> of this project. <br /> TERMS OF PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br /> A. Within thirty (30) days after notice of the confirmation of <br /> assessment roll is published each owner of assessed property may pay his or her <br /> assessment in full without interest. <br /> B. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above shall be paid in <br /> Five (5) equal annual installments with the first such installment, with interest, <br /> due when 1982 property taxes are due, and the remaining installments, with <br /> interest, due on the same date in each successive year until the assessment is <br /> paid in full. <br /> -", <br />
