OPINE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF CaINIISSIONERS <br /> Action Agenda <br /> Item No.D-6 <br /> ACTION AGI ABSTRACT <br /> MEETLZ DATE JUNE 15, 1982 <br /> Subject: <br /> Board Meeting Schedule <br /> • <br /> Departrent: Board. of Commissie -r I Public Hearing: yes <br /> Attaclumant(s) : Information Contact: Clerk to the Board <br /> None <br /> Phone Number: 732-8181 ext. 510 <br /> PURPOSE: Consideration of the Board meeting schedule for June and July. <br /> NEED: A budget work session is tentatively scheduled for June 21st. <br /> Budget passage is scheduled for June 22nd. <br /> The regular fourth Monday meeting in June would be June 28th. <br /> The Board presently has two meetings scheduled in July: 1) a Special <br /> Meeting on July 1st at 12 noon;. and 2) a public hearing forMidway and <br /> RONAC-scheduTed for July 8th at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The Board traditionally does not meet in July. <br /> neAcT: Board consideration of what it might wish to decide regarding its <br /> meeting schedule will enable the Manager and the Clerk to more <br /> effectively schedule agenda items and provide for timely notification <br /> in accordance with General Statutes should the schedule change. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> As the Board decides. <br />
