The <br /> goals for this committee during 1982 are as follows: <br /> -Develop a strategy for creating, through and with the Chamber,,a leadershic <br /> role and capacity for the purpose of bringing together the local goveri?ments <br /> to address and deal, with: <br /> . . <br /> 1 ., Relationship with the North Carolina Industrial Division. <br /> 2.
