Commissioner Whitted asked that I contact you and ask <br /> that you and those who attended the original December conference <br /> form an ad hoc committee to come up with ideas for a follow <br /> up conference which you may pass on to the BOC. <br /> I am attaching all information which the BOC has received on <br /> this conference.
