Push <br /> NEM: Property is located in Chapel Hill Township on S.R. 1940 (flemascus Church Road), <br /> There are 4 lots proposed out of approximately 37 acres. All lots will have <br /> state road frontage. The lot sizes meet the minimum standards of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, This tract Is located in the University <br /> Lake watershed which is designated ':!ater Supply 'Iatershed on the Land Use <br /> Plan. <br /> nWPACT: The proposed subdivision meets the existing standards for lot size in the <br /> University Lake iatershed and is bordered by other large lots and cesidentlel <br /> development. This area Is designated pater Supply Watershed and development <br /> with lot sizes proposed would have minimal impacts. <br /> PECOVHENDATICN: The Planning Staff recommends approval with the condition that a <br /> maintenance agreement for the continued upkeep of the dam be submitted <br /> to and approved by Orange County prior to the approval of the final plat <br /> and that the lot lines be :hanged so the dam is in one lot. <br /> The Plannino 3oard unanimously recommends approval with the 71anning <br /> Staff's conditions 4/i9/52. <br />
