NORTH CAROLINA <br /> LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> This agreement and lease, made this the 1st day of March, 1982, <br /> between NELLIE DAVIS CHESHIRE of Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> hereinafter called Lessor and ORANGE COUNTY, hereinafter called Tenant, <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That Lessor and Tenant wish to renew the lease agreement <br /> entered into between them dated January 1, 1979 for that portion of the <br /> first floor of the Cheshire Building situated at the northeast corner of <br /> Churton and King Streets in Hillsborough, North Carolina not now occupied <br /> by the law firm of Graham and Cheshire, to be used for offices and no <br /> other purpose, for a term beginning March 1, 1982 and ending upon thirty <br /> days written notice by either party delivered to the other at any time after <br /> the commencement of this lease. <br /> The rental to be paid by Tenant shall be $300.00 per month, said <br /> payments to be made on or before the first day of each calendar month in <br /> advance. <br /> All other terms and conditions contained in the lease between <br /> the parties dated January 1, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference, are in full force and effect as if fully set <br /> out herein. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said parties have hereunto set their <br />
