The month to month basis will allow the <br /> County to cancel the lease within a month after renovation on the <br /> courthouse is complete, <br /> Impact; <br /> Rent would go from $250.00/month (has been that amount since January <br /> 1979), to $300 00/month, retroactive to March 1, 1982. <br /> Reccmmendation(s) : <br /> Renew lease <br />
